Earlier, WhatsApp used to support a voice or video call of only eight people at a time. This limit has now increased, and you can add up to 32 participants to a WhatsApp call.

You can chat with them over WhatsApp voice, or video call. When you connect with multiple users on a call, WhatsApp will highlight the participant speaking to avoid confusion. WhatsApp will allow this feature on all devices.

3. Improved Sound Quality with Low Network

WhatsApp calls have a problem. Sound becomes very unclear on a network fluctuation. It has come up with a solution to improve sound quality in the upcoming release.

WhatsApp voice calls will now use MLow Codec to make more ideal call situations. It will not only make the calls clear but improve video quality and eliminate noise and echo as well.
